Step-by-step instructions

Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, arms relaxed at your sides.

Raise one arm to shoulder height directly in front of you.

Turn your head to the opposite side and slowly lower your chin towards your shoulder.

Create gentle tension with your hand to deepen the stretch while keeping your breathing consistent and relaxed.

Hold this position for up to 30 seconds and then switch sides.
