Step-by-step instructions

Sit comfortably on a chair or stand upright in a relaxed stance.

Tilt your head gently forward, trying to touch your chin to your chest.

Aim to feel a slight stretch in the back of your neck, not pain.

Hold this position for a few seconds, then raise your head back to its normal position.

Repeat the stretch a few times, but remember to do so gently and slowly to avoid injury.
