Hi, I'm Syd! Fitness has always been a central part of my life—from growing up playing sports and keeping up with my brothers to competing in college field hockey. Strength training transformed my performance on the field, but more importantly, it showed me how movement prepares us for the demands of daily life. After college, my experience as both a postpartum doula and a personal trainer has deepened my understanding of how fitness can be a powerful tool for building strength, confidence, and resilience at every stage of life.
