Slowly lower yourself onto the yoga ball until your upper back and shoulders are resting on it.

With the med ball held at chest level, extend your arms straight upward, lifting the med ball.

Lower the med ball in a controlled movement back down to chest level.

Repeat this process for the desired number of reps, ensuring to maintain balance on the yoga ball.
