Step-by-step instructions

Place a yoga ball in front of you and kneel down on the floor.

Place your hands on the floor and then slowly lift your legs to place your shins onto the yoga ball.

Keep your hands placed firmly on the floor and position your shoulders directly above your wrists.

Pull your knees into your chest while rolling the ball toward your hands.

Extend your legs back onto the ball, keeping your torso still and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
