Stand upright on one foot with your other foot slightly off the ground.

Lower your body slightly by bending your knee and hip.

Swing your arms backward and forwards while explosively jumping forward.

Extend your arms in front of you while jumping forward to gain momentum.

Land on the same foot that you jumped off from, absorbing the impact by bending your knee slightly and repeat with the other foot.
