Step-by-step instructions

Lie flat on your back on a comfortable surface, holding a kettlebell in both hands.

Extend your arms and legs so that your body forms a straight line.

Simultaneously lift your torso and legs up towards the ceiling, aiming to touch the kettlebell to your feet at the peak of the movement.

Slowly lower your body back to the starting position, keeping your arms and legs straight.

Repeat this movement for your desired number of reps, making sure to not let your shoulders or feet touch the ground between reps.
