Start by standing tall with your legs and feet close together.

Bend down and kneel on the ground, with your hands at your sides.

In one swift move, jump off your knees and onto your feet, like a 'Ninja'.

As you land back on your feet, bring your knees up to your chest for a 'tuck jump'.

Land softly, then return to your original standing position and repeat.
