Med Ball Yoga Ball Upper Body Windshield Wiper instructions
Step-by-step instructions

Sit down on the yoga ball, keep your feet flat on the floor and hold the medicine ball in your hands.

Lean back onto the yoga ball, walk your feet forward until the ball is supporting your upper back and shoulders. Hold the medicine ball straight up above your chest.

Twist your upper body to move the medicine ball slowly to one side, try to touch the ball to the floor.

Steadily roll your body and move the medicine ball to the other side like a windshield wiper action.

Repeat this process moving back and forth for the programmed number of reps.
