Step-by-step instructions

Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you and hold the medicine ball out in front of your chest.

Lean back slightly, so your torso and legs form a 'V' shape.

Lift your legs upwards and hold them there, whilst simultaneously lifting the medicine ball above your head.

Keep your core engaged and try to balance in this position.

Return to the starting position, and repeat this for the prescribed number of repetitions.
