Step-by-step instructions

Begin by lying flat on your back on the floor, holding a medicine ball between your hands above your chest.

At the same time, lift your upper body and your legs off the ground towards each other.

Attempt to place the medicine ball between your feet at the top of the movement.

Lower yourself and the medicine ball back to the starting position, but do not let your feet or the ball touch the ground before the next rep begins.

Be sure to engage your core and use a controlled motion throughout the movement. Avoid using momentum to lift your body.
