Step-by-step instructions

Stand in front of a sturdy box or step whilst holding a medicine ball with both hands at chest level.

Step up onto the box with one foot, followed by the other, driving from your heels and keeping your chest up.

Pause at the top while keeping your body straight and stable.

Step down from the box with one foot, then with the other, while maintaining control of your body and the medicine ball.

Repeat with alternating leading foot for the programmed number of reps.
