Step-by-step instructions

Stand midway between two pulleys set at the lowest position, facing away from the machine, and hold one handle in each hand.

Raise your hands to shoulder height, elbows bent at a 90-degree angle and palms facing forward.

Press your hands straight up, fully extending your arms above your head.

Slowly lower your arms back down to shoulder height in a controlled manner.

Repeat for the programmed number of reps, always keeping your core tight and body upright.
