Step-by-step instructions

Start by standing on a box or step, holding a medicine ball at your chest.

Shift your weight to one leg, the other should be hanging off the box or step.

Slowly lower your hanging leg down to touch the floor, maintain balance using the leg on the box or step.

Make sure you keep your back straight and your chest up.

Stand back up to the starting position and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
