Step-by-step instructions

Sit on the floor or mat with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor.

Hold a medicine ball with both hands, extending it out in front of your chest.

Lean back until your back touches the floor, keeping the ball in line with your chest.

Using your abs, sit up while keeping the ball pressed out in front of you.

Repeat for the desired number of reps, making sure to use your abs not your neck or shoulders.
