Step-by-step instructions

Stand upright holding a medicine ball with both hands at your chest.

Lower into a squat position, bending at your knees and pushing your hips back.

As you stand back up, lift the medicine ball high above your head and explode off the ground in a jumping motion.

Land softly back on your feet in the squat position with the medicine ball still above your head.

Lower the medicine ball back to your chest and repeat the exercise for the programmed number of reps.
