Step-by-step instructions

Stand straight, keeping your feet shoulder-width apart.

Raise your right foot off the ground and cross it over your left leg, keeping your right foot flexed.

Slowly bend forward at the waist, reaching down towards your left foot with your hands.

Hold the stretch for about 30 seconds, then slowly return to your starting position.

Repeat on the other side for the programmed number of reps.
