Start crouched down with your hands touching the floor slightly in front of you, keep your feet on your toes and your knees slightly bent.

Jump a bit to your right, landing with your right hand and left foot forward.

Quickly bring your left hand and right foot forward as well to meet them.

Jump a bit to your right, this time landing with your left hand and right foot forward.

Continue these steps moving in a lateral direction for your desired length.
