Step-by-step instructions

Sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you and position the foam roller underneath the back of your thighs.

Place your palms on the floor behind you for support, keeping your back straight.

Push with your arms and slowly roll the foam roller up towards your buttocks.

Roll back down to the back of your knees.

This is one rep. Repeat for the required number of reps, ensuring to maintain control and not roll too quickly.
