Step-by-step instructions

Begin by lying flat on the floor with your back fully pressed against the ground.

Place your hands behind your head, elbows pointing out.

Bend your knees and bring them up so that they are hovering over your stomach and your thighs are perpendicular with the floor.

Curl your chest upwards towards your knees. Keep your lower back on the ground.

Squeeze your abs for a moment at the top before slowly lowering yourself back down. Repeat for the desired amount of reps.
