Kettlebell Standing IYT is a three-part exercise that strengthens shoulders, back, and arms. It enhances shoulder and upper back stability, improves posture, and assists in repairing shoulder injuries.

Step-by-step instructions

Stand upright with feet hip-width apart, holding a kettlebell in each hand.

Raise your arms forward to form the letter 'I' with your body, kettlebells should be at about shoulder height.

Lower your arms back to your sides.

Then, slightly bending your elbows, raise your arms out to the sides to form the letter 'T'.

Finally, raise your arms diagonally to form a 'Y', then return to the starting position. Repeat this sequence for the programmed number of reps.
