Step-by-step instructions

Position yourself in the Hammer machine with your back against the backrest.

Grip the handles, ensuring your palms are facing inward and your elbows are slightly below or at shoulder level.

Push the handles upwards without locking your elbows at the top.

Lower the handles slowly and in a controlled fashion back towards your shoulder level.

Repeat this movement for the programmed number of reps.
