Step-by-step instructions

Stand beside a low positioned cable machine, grab the handle and kneel so that the knee furthest from the machine is resting on the ground.

Your front leg should be far enough in front of you so that there is a 90-degree angle at your knee and your back should be straight.

With the handle in your hand, start with your arm extended down toward the machine.

Pull your arm across your body, leading with your elbow until it is extended above your head.

Return to the starting position in a controlled manner and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
