Step-by-step instructions

Start by lying flat on your back on a flat bench, holding the EZ bar above your chest with your hands slightly narrower than shoulder-width apart.

Keep your elbows in and your upper arms stationary as you lower the bar towards your forehead.

Stop just short of the bar touching your forehead, then push the bar back up to the starting position.

Ensure to keep your elbows in and maintain control over the bar during the entire exercise.

Repeat the motion for the recommended number of reps.
