Stand up straight, with your feet shoulder-width apart.

Hold a dumbbell in each hand, arms fully extended, with your palms facing the body.

Lift the left dumbbell while the right one is falling and visa versa, it should look like a continuous fluid motion from side to side like tracing a sideways figure 8.

Keep your arms close to your body throughout the exercise.

Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
