Start by sitting on the ground with your knees bent, feet flat, and holding a dumbbell in both hands.

Lie flat on your back, positioning the dumbbell on your chest with both hands firmly grasping the weight.

Keeping your feet on the ground and your back straight, push your upper body up towards your knees.

Once your torso is almost upright, lower your body back down to the starting position in a controlled manner.

Repeat the movement for your desired number of reps, remembering to keep your movements slow and controlled.
