Step-by-step instructions

Stand straight while holding a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing each other.

Raise the dumbbells overhead, straightening your arms fully, but be careful not to lock the elbows.

Maintain strong posture, pull your shoulder blades down and back.

Begin walking forward, taking small, controlled steps.

After you have walked the desired distance, lower the dumbbells back to your shoulders in a controlled manner and repeat.
