Step-by-step instructions

Start by lying down on your back on a flat bench, holding a dumbbell in each hand.

Extend your arms up towards the ceiling, locking the elbows.

Slowly raise your legs off the bench, keeping them straight.

Bring your legs up until they are vertical, forming an L-shape with your body.

Lower your legs back down in a controlled manner without letting them touch the bench, then repeat for the desired number of reps.
