Step-by-step instructions

Place two dumbbells on either side of you.

Stand up straight and pick up the dumbbells, holding one in each hand.

Keep your back straight and shoulders back as you walk with the dumbbells.

Make sure to not let your arms sway or wobble as you walk.

Once done with the walk, carefully put the dumbbells back down and repeat the exercise for the programmed number of reps.
