Step-by-step instructions

Sit on the floor, spread your legs a bit wider than shoulder-width and hold a medicine ball in your hands.

Lie back on the floor and raise the medicine ball above your head with your arms extended.

Raise your feet off the ground a few inches while keeping your legs straight.

While keeping your legs elevated and straight, lift the medicine ball with your hands and attempt to reach for your feet.

Lower back down your arms and legs in a controlled fashion and repeat the exercise for the programmed number of reps.
