Step-by-step instructions

Stand up straight in front of a cable machine, with your feet shoulder-width apart.

Grab the horizontal bar handle of the cable, holding it with a wide grip.

Pull the handle towards your torso, while keeping your torso still. Your elbows should be going parallel to the ground.

Pause and squeeze your back muscles at the peak of the row.

Slowly return the handle to the original position and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
