Cable Trunk Rotation instructions
Step-by-step instructions

Stand square with the cable machine, holding the cable handle with both hands. Keep your feet shoulder-width apart.

Position yourself at mid distance from the cable machine and adjust the cable to chest height.

Keep your abs contracted and your back straight as you rotate your torso to one side, pulling the cable along.

Rotate back to the center slowly, maintaining control of the cable

Repeat to the other side and continue to alternate between sides for the programmed number of reps.
