Place a Bosu ball on the ground with the flat side up.

Position yourself into a plank with your hands on each side of the Bosu ball.

Slowly lower your body towards the Bosu ball, while keeping your back straight.

Push your body back up, while keeping your core engaged and body straight.

Repeat for the programmed number of reps.
