Stand behind a preacher bench and grip a barbell with both hands.

Position your upper arms and elbows on the preacher bench, ensuring they are well supported.

Slowly lift the barbell upwards by bending at your elbows, while ensuring your upper arms remain stationary.

Continue to lift the weight until your hands are at shoulder level.

Slowly lower the barbell back down, returning to starting position, and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
