Step-by-step instructions

Stand in the middle of the hex bar with your feet shoulder-width apart.

Hover your hands over the two handles, then bend your knees and hips to grasp them.

Stand up by driving through your heels and straightening your legs, pulling the bar with you.

Now bend your knees and hips again to lower the bar back to the ground.

Repeat this movement for the programmed number of reps, remembering to keep your back straight throughout each rep.
