Step-by-step instructions

Stand on a resistance band and grab one end in your hand, making sure that it's securely under your foot.

Bend forward at the waist just slightly, keeping your back straight.

Pull your elbow up and back, squeezing your shoulder blade towards your spine.

Return your arm to the starting position in a controlled manner without letting the band slack.

Repeat for the recommended number of reps before switching to the other arm.
