Step-by-step instructions

Attach a resistance band at hip level and position yourself facing the anchor point.

Stand tall and bring your right knee up, facing forward and extending your right arm backward.

Drive your right knee downwards while bringing your right arm forward in a running motion.

Ensure your stance leg is slightly bent and stable throughout the drive.

Return to the original position with your knee up and arm back then repeat for the programmed number of reps.
