Step-by-step instructions

Stand in front of a high-pulley machine with a band attached to it.

Hold the band with both hands, so your arms are fully extended and palms facing down.

Bend at your waist until your torso is around 60 degrees angled from the ground.

Pull the band towards your body until your hands reach your abs.

Return your hands back to the starting position in a controlled manner and repeat the exercise.
