Hi, I’m Tina! Growing up, I watched my mom bounce around among all the latest diet and exercise programs to lose weight. As I got older, I realized she wasn't the only one struggling, so I pursued a degree in Health and Human Performance. I made it my personal mission to weed out the misinformation and learn what it takes to live a truly healthy, fit and balanced life. After obtaining my degree, I became certified as a life coach, personal trainer, and nutrition coach. I believe healthy habits should fit INTO our lives rather than our lives revolving around them.
