Hi, I'm your trainer, Terrence! I've spent the last decade working with clients from all walks of life who want to change their lives and health for the better. Weighing over 400 lbs at the age of 18, I spent the first 20 years of my life being extremely unhealthy and ruining my body for no good reason other than I could. By age 21, I did a complete 180 and lost over 145 lbs of bodyweight and completely changed my life for the better, while also teaching the people around me about the benefits of healthy weight loss. I've been into fitness for over 15 years, and I still possess that same fiery passion that led me be healthier. I enjoy helping others who may not be able to help themselves reach those same goals I strove for as an overweight teenager. I firmly believe fitness is for everyone. Even if weight loss is not your goal, the benefits of leading a healthy, fit lifestyle are unlimited.
