Hi! I'm Maya. I believe in using evidence-based training methods combined with creativity and novelty to make exercise enjoyable in the short term, and beneficial in the long run. In college, I rowed all four years at a Division 1 university and worked nights in an MMA gym as a training partner for fighters in almost every weight class. I am also a performer and dance teacher! I've coached CrossFit, rowing, HIIT, powerlifting, General Preparedness Programs, teen empowerment, personal training clients, and more. I especially love helping people get stronger because strength directly leads to feelings of capability and confidence, and those feelings change lives.
