Hey, I’m Caylene. I love helping my clients find joy in the process of achieving their goals. It's so awesome celebrating wins finding out what the body and mind can accomplish. Getting to know my clients and their story is probably the best part of my job! As a certified personal trainer and wellness coach, I'm able to help clients realize their strengths and use those strengths to build healthy habits. Small habits are the ones that are the stepping stones to achieve the lifestyle changes they are looking for at the end of the day. I believe that loving your body and listening to your body are powerful forces for change.
