Hi, I’m Kris. I began my fitness career while raising my five children, diving headfirst into group training, and became a certified personal trainer in 2017. I specialize in supporting women through all life stages, with a focus on perimenopause, menopause, and pre/postnatal fitness. I’m a Functional Fitness Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist with additional training in low back and core function. I believe exercise should feel empowering and sustainable. It should be something that supports your life, not adds pressure to it. My approach blends strength, mobility, and endurance in a way that’s functional, effective, and enjoyable.
