Hey! I'm Erica. I played sports year-round for 18 years, but when I went to college, I struggled with finding a healthy, balanced, relationship with health and wellness. After trying endless training programs and fad diets, I realized that the best fitness regimen is the one that you truly enjoy rather than what you "should" or "shouldn't" do. Together, we can develop a program that you not only love, but fits in with your current routine.
