Hi, I'm Farrah! I am a mother of 3, and married to the love of my life. I also have 2 furbabies--a Siberian cat and a Maltese Poodle. Our family loves to stay active and healthy. I grew up surrounded by fitness. My mom was a group fitness instructor and even held workout groups in our home! In high school, I developed an interest in weight training. I ended up pursuing a fitness education and immediately jumped into the training world. I also competed and coached in the bodybuilding world for almost a decade. What I love most is helping people with daily fitness routines. Adding the basic habits of fitness into your routine is one of the most fundamental pillars in my opinion, and I love helping people make that happen!

With over a decade of experience working one on one with a variety of abilities, teaching classes for women, coeds and ‘grown folks’ (65+), I saw the pattern of how one’s mindset contributed to their success. Shortly after, my partner (a former NFL player), experienced a physical and mental decline because of multiple concussions, spinal injuries and surgeries. I became a specialist in exercise therapy to support his recovery and we experienced firsthand the healing power of combining mindful movement, natural nourishment, and small, moment by moment mindset shifts.
