Step-by-step instructions

Stand upright, hold a med ball in both hands and lift it above your head until your arms are straight.

Slowly lower the ball behind your head, keeping your upper arms still and close to your ears.

Bend your elbows as far as comfortable, keep your back straight and don't let your body lean forward.

Press the ball back up to the starting position, extending your arms fully over your head.

Keep your movements steady and controlled, and repeat for the desired number of reps.
