Med Ball Crunch is excellent for reinforcing core muscles, especially abs. Lying on your back, hold a medicine ball and perform a crunch. This variation adds resistance, boosting core strength and stamina.

Step-by-step instructions

Sit on the floor with your knees bent, feet flat, and hold a medicine ball with both hands in front of your chest.

Lie back on the floor and lift your feet off the floor, creating a 90-degree angle at the knees and hips.

Squeeze your abs and raise your torso, keeping the medicine ball at chest level.

Keep your lower body stable and try to lift your torso up as much as you can.

Lower your back down to the starting position and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
