Move your upper body backwards while lifting your legs off the ground simultaneously, finding the balance point on your sit bones.

Fully extend your legs and hold the dumbbell in front of your chest, maintaining your balance with your core.

Hold this position for the programmed number of seconds, tightly engaging your abs, and lower back down in a controlled manner.
