Step-by-step instructions

Start in a plank position with a dumbbell in each hand, your hands should be shoulder-width apart.

Perform a push-up.

After pushing back up, pull one dumbbell towards your chest, keeping your elbow close to your body.

Return your hand to the ground and repeat with the other arm.

Pause, then return to the starting position and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
