Step-by-step instructions

Stand near the pulley machine with your feet shoulder-width apart.

Grab the cable handle attached to the pulley with both hands, palms facing your body.

Keep your back straight and start to lift the cable handle up towards your chin. Stop when your elbows are level with your shoulders.

Slowly lower the cable handle back to the starting position while keeping your back straight.

Repeat for the programmed number of reps.
